The new build house, approximately 440 metres square is situated at the top of The Mount, a road looking over Guildford town. Views down the hill are exceptional and the site is benefitted by the isolated rows of trees. Carmen Austin Architecture was involved in the Building Control and Construction packages as well as Planning for further development of a portion of the site.
