The extended kitchen, with new open plan diner opening out through large bi-folding doors and roof-light, enabled the Client to view and live out into the garden. A further addition was created in lightweight construction on the first floor above the garage which added a bedroom and bathroom onto the property. The design also considered a staircase to be constructed at a later time for access into the loft. The exterior matched with existing whilst the interior was transformed into large, open, modern spaces.
