Previous architects had submitted a planning application. We made changes and resubmitted the application for the rear living, dining, kitchen and study alterations with new detached garage. High quality tiles and lead roofing materials were used and windows were specified to match the existing detailing of the original windows. The house was fully refurbished internally. We carried out the Building Control and Construction set of documents and took the project through contract administration on site, working closely with the client, engineer, builder and interior designer. The project ran smoothly and it was immensely enjoyable to see the final product and the Client content.
